Amy Cole-Smith is the Assistant Director of the Center for Public University Transformation at the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities. In this role, she manages several transformation “clusters,” which are working together to accelerate degree completion and student success. She also manages a broader network of higher education partnerships in order to support the clusters. Prior to APLU, Amy worked for Oklahoma State University and the Maryland Higher Education Commission. She holds an M.A. in US History from Morgan State University and a BA from the University of Maryland College Park.
