As Executive Director for the Personalized Learning Consortium, Meaghan Duff provides strategic and operational leadership for the PLC and its members as the institutions cooperate to share experiences and expertise, assess the market and identify promising and trustworthy vendors, influence data practices, and organize collaborative projects. Participation in the PLC positions members to better capture the enormous economies of scale inherent in information technology and improve learning for students while containing costs.
