Beverly Steele
Program Assistant, Office of Economic Development and Community Engagement, and Office of Research, Innovation and STEM Policy

Beverly Steele is the program assistant for the Office of Research, Innovation and STEM Policy at the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU). She provides day-to-day administrative support and manages meeting planning for the Council on Research Policy and Graduate Education (CRPGE), the Council on Engagement & Outreach (CEO), and the Commission on Innovation, Competitiveness, and Economic Prosperity (CICEP). Before joining APLU, she assisted in the planning of M.B.A. student orientations at the George Washington University School of Business. Steele received both her Master of Public Administration and her B.A. in International Studies from West Virginia University.
