Responsible for growing online programs by supporting colleges to identify viable academic programs, assist with online curriculum, course planning, and effective implementation of programs. Oversee the Office of Individual Study, including working with instructors to develop curricula, deliver effective courses, and plan effective advertising. Responsible for the management of Individual Study staff and Student Outreach Support positions.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's in Higher Education or related field. Five years related experience. Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with word processing, databases, and internet-based applications.
