Washington State University seeks detail-oriented, skilled Business Analysts for WSU's Human Resource, Payroll, and Finance Modernization Initiative.
Incumbents play a pivotal role in analyzing, monitoring, and implementing process improvement initiatives, which includes preparation for the implementation of enterprise software for human resources, payroll, and finance. Incumbents serve as an expert resource for department customers on policy, procedure, and best practices for a variety of HR and payroll related topics. The successful incumbent will be a self-motivated individual who can work independently with little supervision.
The Modernization Initiative is an evolving project where all team members are expected to be hands on in the day-to-day activities. All team members are expected to tolerate a high level of change, juggle competing priorities, request and accept work assignments from a variety of individuals.
