This position is with the Center for Applied Research and Engagement Systems (CARES), MU Extension, University of Missouri.

This full-time position will serve as a coordinator, support contact, and liaison on multiple sponsored projects at CARES.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The position will work with project sponsors to define and develop web-based interface components, provide support through user trainings and on-line support management tools, and manage technical communications for selected projects. As part of sponsored projects, the position may also interact with public users of web-based systems. The position will report to CARES management staff.

Conduct all activities in accordance with the Civil Rights Acts, Title IX, Rehabilitation, Americans with Disabilities Act and local, state and region affirmative action plans.

As with all positions, involvement with other duties and responsibilities may be expected to support the mission and purpose of MU Extension.

LEADERSHIP RECEIVED AND EXERCISED

Administrative supervision is received from CARES management staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication skills, experience with WordPress, knowledge of the application of data and mapping in community-based interactions.
