Extension Program Coordinator, 4-H Youth Development (.6 FTE)
San Miguel Basin, Norwood, CO
This position provides leadership for an actively engaged 4-H program in the San Miguel Basin. This position will seek out and develop local relationships, identify priority programming opportunities and develop, deliver, facilitate and evaluate appropriate educational opportunities for 4-H clubs. This position will also be the lead contact for the Fair Board and attend leadership opportunities with 4-H youth.
A completed bachelor’s degree is required. Degree may have been awarded in a number of different areas, with a minimum of 2 years youth development experience. Course work and/or professional experience must provide a broad and significant understanding of youth development.
