Position Summary:

Research Assistants needed for the beginning of Fall 2017 for a 3 year literacy project involving teachers grades kindergarten through third grade, funded by the Inland Northwest Community Foundation. Applicants should also be applying for the doctoral program in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Idaho.

Minimum Qualifications:

-A flexible schedule and a driver’s license or other means of transportation are required so individuals can assist in data collection in schools in Coeur d’Alene.

-The full time research assistant is expected to work 20 hours per week on the project, and maintain a full complement of course/research work.

-Applicants should also be applying for the doctoral program in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Idaho.

Special Instructions:

-This is a one year appointment, renewable for additional years upon satisfactory progress towards degree and in the work of the project. Tuition waiver, benefits and monthly stipend are provided by the project.
