Tenure-track position to teach law school classes, develop mentoring relationships with law students, advise students on curricular and co-curricular activities, and develop a scholarly, outreach, and engagement agenda that will enrich the scholarly community. The faculty member will also represent the law school through attendance at scholarly conferences, as well as through publication in national and/or international scholarly journals including interdisciplinary placements.
Applicants must have: (1) a J.D. from an ABA -accredited school or the equivalent; (2) a distinguished academic record; (3) a record or the promise of teaching excellence; and (4) a record or the promise of scholarly productivity.
Preferred qualifications for this position are: (1) post-J.D. practice, clerking, or teaching experience; (2) interest in being a team player, and (3) a record or the promise of expertise in the area of Torts.
