Learning Technology

The Personalized Learning Consortium (PLC) serves as a coordinating body to foster multi-institutional cooperation and collaboration that will advance the use of information technology to improve student learning, retention, and graduation.

To help college and university leaders implement new systems for redesigning advising and supporting students across their campuses, APLU developed an online course: A SMART Approach to Student Success: Strategic Management of Advising Reform and Technology.

The PLC serves as a coordinating body to foster cooperation and collaboration that will advance the use of information technology to improve learning, retention, and graduation. PLC membership positions universities to better capture the economies of scale inherent in information technology.
STEM Education
Through SEMINAL: Student Engagement through an Institutional Network for Active Learning, faculty will collaborate with APLU to better understand both how to sustain success in implementing active learning in undergraduate mathematics classes and how to facilitate similar success at other institutions.
