Andrew Paradise, Ph.D., is the Data Analytics Manager at the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU). Andrew’s background is in multivariate statistics and survey research in the fields of education policy, organizational assessment and psychology. His work at APLU addresses college access, student success and institutional transformation. Prior analytical positions include the Council for Advancement & Support of Education, the Association for Talent Development and the Auto Care Association. Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Georgia and a B.A. in Psychology from the College of William & Mary.
