CFA Huddle: Strategies for Engaging Faculty in What Matters

There continues to be a great deal of attention on faculty burnout, (dis)engagement, and how to (re)engage faculty at our institutions. As colleagues with a vested interest in and responsibility for faculty success, this semester’s Faculty Huddles will focus on these issues. Our first huddle will be a conversation with two colleagues that explores the current state of faculty engagement at their institutions, strategies for creating inclusive climates that foster effective shared governance, and examples of current issues “that matter” within our faculty communities.
