About This Role:

K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for an ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF TICKET SALES AND SERVICE, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.


An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:


• Lead ticket services staff member for soccer and baseball

• Assist with ticket services and operations for football, volleyball, men's and women's basketball, and other ticketed events

• Compile and implement pass lists on game days

• Lead ticket operations, ordering and reporting processes for junior wildcat memberships

• Assign, train, schedule and oversee part-time workers

• Serve as liaison to campus partners for reporting, distribution, and payment reconciliations

• Paciolan ticketing software setup duties, including batch management, eVenue and Pac7 sales management, and ticket scanner software.

• Monitor and manage ticket office windows and inbound phone lines

• Duties pertaining to ticket distribution, invoicing and renewals

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree by first day of employment

• Experience working in a customer service setting

• Experience working in a collegiate athletic ticket office


Preferred Qualifications:


• Master's Degree by first day of employment

• Paciolan ticketing software experience

• Two years of experience working in an intercollegiate athletics ticket office

• Knowledge of Big 12 Conference rules and regulations as they pertain to ticket sales


Other Requirements:


• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment

• Must have a strong work ethic

• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required

Salary Rate / Pay Rate:

$35,600 to $37,000
