The Assistant Vice President for Finance and Administration is a senior member of the Division of Agriculture finance staff and is primarily responsible for implementing sound financial management policies and practices and ensuring quality business services are delivered to Division of Agriculture employees and constituents. The position oversees, manages, and has primary responsibility for key functional areas of the Division Business Office that include: Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Cash/Treasury Management, and Financial Reporting. Additionally, the position oversees budget and grant administration functions for the Cooperative Extension Service (CES) and serves as the primary financial specialist for CES-specific matters.
