Oregon State University Division of Extension & Engagement, Center for the Outdoor Recreation Economy program invites applications for an Associate Director of Product position based in Corvallis, OR. This is a 12-month, full-time, professional faculty position.

The Center for the Outdoor Recreation Economy advances the University and Extension & Engagement Division’s vision, mission, and goals through national and state engagement of the outdoor economy sector.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Associate Director of Product provides leadership and administrative management to the product development and management functions of the Center. This position is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of the online and hybrid professional education (non and for-credit) programs, research-related projects, and other client services provided by the Center. This position is expected to be highly effective in relationship management and stakeholder engagement and will regularly engage with department/college leadership teams, faculty, and external partners to ensure that programs, research, and other services of the center meet standards of quality and delivery. This position will provide ideas and subject matter expertise while ensuring effective, efficient workflow and adherence to policy and standards. This position will oversee and manage all aspects of program development including, development team, objectives, financial planning, and short- and long-term goals.
