Colorado State University invites applications for the position of Associate Vice President for Research Integrity and Compliance (AVPRIC). The AVPRIC is a senior member of the Vice-President for Research’s staff and responsible for carrying out the University’s policies directed at research integrity and compliance. The University seeks an experienced professional to provide leadership for the University’s compliance with federal and state regulations and integrity of research efforts.
Successful candidates will need to have a terminal degree (Ph.D., D.V.M., J.D., M.B.A., M.D., D.O.), experience as a Principal Investigator (PI) and knowledge of federal research compliance and research integrity rules, regulations, and guidelines. Ideally, candidates will also have substantial experience directing federally regulated research and administrative operations in a public or private sector setting.
CSU is an R1 with $448 million in research expenditures last year and enrolls approximately 33,000 students, in eight colleges: Agricultural Sciences, Liberal Arts, Business, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Natural Resources, Health and Human Sciences, Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. U.S. News and World Report ranks CSU as a top 70 public university.
