About This Role:

Oversees and manages the class schedule for the college's 24 departments, deans' office, and the English Language Program. Manages additions, removals, and changes to classes. Works independently with department heads, department coordinators, and the Registrar's Office to resolve issues. The incumbent will also serve as the coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences curriculum development. Tracks and facilitates course and curriculum proposals through an approval process from initiation to Faculty Senate. Coordinates course and curriculum meetings. Reviews proposals, interprets change requests and advises faculty and department heads on issues at any step of the approval process. Independently instructs department heads and department, curriculum committees, and faculty on methods to enter course additions or changes. Assists in Curriculog technical software development and trains faculty on procedures. Prepares data analyses for the College by gathering and organizing information to project enrollment trends and develop surveys. Works directly with faculty, advisors and university departments.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:


• Bachelors Degree


Preferred Qualifications:


• Masters Preferred

• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary

• Ability to handle multiple priorities

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Experience with preparing data analyses

• Three or more years of relevant experience
