The CSU System is seeking the newest member of the dynamic CSU Spur campus team—the Spur Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for supervising and achieving the most efficient and timely objectives for processing workflow and independently assessing and prioritizing incoming administrative work. Represents CSU Spur with the highest professional standards in serving as the first and primary point of contact for all visitors/callers who contact the office. Maintains primary responsibility for front-desk management and ensures the office is adequately supported by coverage for visitor reception at all times. Provides exceptional customer service in support of the office through phone and interpersonal interactions.
