Iowa State University is seeking an experienced Enterprise (Workday) Program Director to lead a large scale/transformational Workday project implementation. The Program Director is a high level position reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer and will partner with the Provost as well as work with units across the University.
The Program Director will manage the implementation of Workday Student and Receivables and will work collaboratively with the team supporting ISU’s Workday Financials, Human Capital Management, and Payroll solutions which were implemented in July 2019. This position plays a key role in ensuring university system modernization initiatives meet on time and on budget objectives while increasing student, faculty, and staff satisfaction, adoption, and usage. The Program Director will work closely with the program executive sponsor(s), the program sponsors, the program advisory committee to develop strategies and tactics during the planning, implementation, and stabilization activities.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a variety of individuals across campus. Providing regular, consistent and meaningful communication to campus is essential to the success of the position. This position will instill trust and confidence and be expected to create a culture that fosters a collaboration and change.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience
