About This Role:

Campus Planning and Project Management is hiring a Facilities Space Planner. This position will assist with the planning and implementation of long-range space plans, serve as a key liaison between departments to understand space needs and coordinate department relocations. Work with on-call consultants and vendors to develop plans, estimates, and programs for renovations related to department relocations. Develop and implement design standards and guidelines to support the universities established mission. Coordinate university space and building data across multiple databases to inform campus master plan, strategic plan, and unit plans.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

• 5-7 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design

Other Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

$59,199 to $76,964
