WSU Libraries, Pullman, Washington. Full-time, 12-month, Civil Service staff position located in Library Administration/Systems in Holland and Terrell Libraries.
This position provides expertise and advice to the Libraries in collecting, analyzing, and managing operational statistical data, performance metrics, and business processes and assists the Libraries in assessing the quality of its services.

Qualifications: Required: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field AND two years’ experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations or comparable combination of graduate education and experience; OR equivalent education/experience. Preferred: Experience working with library use and collections data; experience managing data from multiple sources; experience supporting process improvement; experience with reporting, analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Oracle Analytics Cloud (OBIEE), Microsoft Power BI, Tableau etc.); experience working in academia.
Compensation/Benefits: Monthly salary: $4,398-$5,913. Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28 or applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement. The WSU Libraries (http://libraries.wsu.edu), one of two Association of Research Libraries (ARL) in Washington State, houses over two million books and over 30,000 journal and magazine subscriptions.
