About This Role:
The College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University is seeking applicants for a Program/Project Manager. This position serves as a coordinator for master of public health degree and certificate of public health program and projects. This is a request to convert the current (program assistant) to a program coordinator to increase the duties and responsibilities in order to allow reorganization and alignment with new work functions including new CEPH requirements for added degree levels/offerings, new models of student advising (online), co-ordination of online semester events and activities, co-ordination of new models for internships/practicums.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two years of experience working in academia
• Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheets (including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), NVivo, Adobe Premier, Qualtrics, Canvas
• Knowledge of and two years of experience with KSU systems, KSU policies and procedures (including KSIS, CollegeNet, Curriculog
