The Professional Development Program of the University at Albany’s Rockefeller College seeks a senior level professional to serve as writer, content manager, instructional designer and trainer on its Child Support Training and Outreach Project team of 7 full-time professionals. Work activities involve learning about all aspects of the NYS administered child support enforcement program including its automated systems and information assets in support of designing and delivering training and writing and managing content for the statewide child support workforce informational and training needs. Ideal candidates will have strong writing skills, strong computer skills including work with HTML and RoboHelp (or similar tools,) experience developing workforce-related materials and curricula, and experience delivering training. Master’s degree preferred. Knowledge of NYS child support program a plus.
