The Professional Development Program (PDP) of the University at Albany’s Rockefeller College seeks a service-minded individual who is committed to performing high-quality work to fill a Project Staff Associate/Administrative Unit Coordinator position within PDP’s Department of Early Childhood Training in Albany, NY.
Description of Duties:
Under the direction of the department manager, this position will oversee and coordinate administrative activities and provide project and logistical support to project team staff by planning, organizing, and coordinating a wide array of training activities. The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities/deadlines in shared staff resource setting. The successful candidate must also possess analytical and critical thinking problem solving skills, independent judgment, initiative, and willingness to collaborate to accomplish goals and meet contract deliverables. Salary is expected to be $64,000-$66,246 (annual).
