Washington, DC – The Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU) and NAFSA: Association of International Educators today applauded the introduction of the Senator Paul Simon Study Abroad Act by U.S. Senators Richard Durbin (D-Ill.) and Roger Wicker (R-Miss.). The bipartisan bill would vastly expand study abroad opportunities for U.S. undergraduate students and increase the share of students who graduate with study abroad experience.
