But in order for those gains to be realized, “a remodeling of the federal regulatory landscape is needed.” That’s the conclusion of a panel of experts convened by the American Association of Veterinary Medical Colleges (AAVMC) and the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU) that spent the past 18 months studying the issue.
