Community-Engagement Awards Application Period Now Open; Submission Deadline April 15

APLU’s Community-Engagement Awards Program is now accepting applications for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Community Awards and the C. Peter Magrath Community Engagement Scholarship Award. The W.K. Kellogg Foundation Community Engagement Scholarship Awards and the C. Peter Magrath Community Engagement Scholarship Award recognizes colleges and universities that have redesigned their learning, discovery, and engagement missions to increase community involvement. Institutions interested in applying can review application guidelines and submit their applications via the online portal.

Since 2006, the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU) and the Engagement Scholarship Consortium (ESC), with support from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, have partnered to acknowledge the outstanding community-university engagement scholarship work of four-year public universities.
