June 21-24, 2026 | Co-hosted: The University of Colorado Boulder and Colorado State University
Registration is now open for the APLU 2026 Summer Meeting of the Council on Research (COR), co-hosted by the University of Colorado Boulder and Colorado State University. The meeting will take place in Boulder from June 21–24, 2026, beginning with an optional New and Aspiring Senior Research Officer (SRO) Workshop on Sunday, June 21, followed by a welcome reception that evening. Programming runs through Wednesday, June 24, at noon, with an optional NSF SECURE post-meeting workshop, sponsored by Attain Partners, concluding at 3:00 pm.
COR extends an invitation to all SROs from APLU member institutions to participate in this event. Any attending SRO may also invite one Assistant/Associate SRO from their institution to register. COR Fellows, both current and former, at APLU institutions are exempt from this requirement. If you have any questions regarding your eligibility or participation, feel free to contact us at cor@aplu.org.
The room block at the Limelight Boulder is now fully booked. Rooms may still be available at the standard rate directly through the hotel, though availability is limited. All events will be held at or near the Limelight Boulder hotel and the University of Colorado Boulder campus, within a short 15-minute walk. For those unable to secure a room at the primary conference hotel, we recommend booking at the Moxy Boulder University Hotel. Room rates are comparable to the Limelight Boulder hotel, and the Moxy is less than a five-minute walk away.
If you have any questions regarding this meeting, please email cor@aplu.org.
