The rising incidence of mental health concerns and basic needs insecurity among college students has given rise to many campuses adding case managers. This panel of higher education leaders will discuss models for case management that have been successful on their campuses. Topics will include titles, responsibilities, scope of services, recruitment strategies and evolving uses for case managers. This will be an interactive session with time for questions and answers.
