APLU, the Association of American Universities, the Council on Governmental Relations, the Association of American Medical Colleges, and the American Council on Education sent a memo to the White House Office of Science and Technology (OSTP) Policy requesting that OSTP and the Biden administration provide a process to receive stakeholder input regarding the last minute research security actions of the Trump Administration before finalizing any instructions to federal agencies to implement the proposed recommendations.
