Letter expressing concerns with the Improving Mental Health Access for Students Act, which would require colleges and universities to provide phone numbers for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, Crisis Text Line, and a campus mental health center or program on the back of every student ID card as a condition of participating in Department of Education student aid programs.
