APLU Makes Recommendations for Reauthorization of Higher Education Act

On Friday, APLU submitted its recommendations for the upcoming reauthorization of the Higher Education Act (HEA) to the House Committee on Education and the Workforce.

The 14 page document focuses on a wide array of issues, including ways to improve both access and completion through federal aid programs and other efforts; greater transparency and accountability measures for institutions; and an expanded study abroad program.
