APLU, Higher Ed Groups Release Resource Kit for Helping Afghan Students and Scholars

APLU, the American Council on Education, the Institute of International Education, and the Association of American Universities released a resource kit outlining the processes and practice universities can put in place to serve Afghan students and scholars on their campuses.

The kit outlines considerations for a host of questions such as whom an institution can host, in what time frame, how to determine expected costs, what financial support is available, as well as other questions to consider. The resource also provides action items for international officers and others with responsibilities for implementing efforts to welcome Afghan students and scholars.
