Join APLU Cohort on Faculty Compensation Systems; Applications Due February 1

APLU is seeking applications for public research universities to join the inaugural Let’s Talk Money IChange Network Cohort (LTM Cohort). The LTM Cohort is designed to help institutional leaders examine their faculty compensation systems to improve competitiveness, equity, transparency, consistency, and communications.

Through monthly workshops, cohort members will be walked through key elements of the compensation system to create a campus action plan.  This cohort is supported through a partnership between the NSF ADVANCE Let’s Talk Money: Building Community Understanding of the Institutional Compensation System project and the APLU-led NSF Eddie Bernie Johnson INCLUDES Aspire Alliance IChange Network.
