APLU Launches Faculty Learning Communities for Discipline-Focused Digital Teaching and Learning

Seeking to advance best practices in effective and equitable digital teaching, APLU is hosting live sessions for faculty and staff interested in participating in communities of practice focused on teaching within specific disciplines. Writing, math, biology, and chemistry instructors are invited to participate in this unique opportunity to collaborate with peers across institutions. APLU is holding live sessions on Friday November 12, and December 10, 12:00-2:00 pm ET, and is also hosting a structured asynchronous platform for discussion, collaboration, and resource sharing. Dedicated faculty leads for each discipline will support the communities along with APLU, in collaboration with the Every Learner Everywhere Network and partner organizations Online Learning Consortium and Achieving the Dream.
