Adding Uncertainty On Top Of Uncertainty For International Students

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced new guidance Monday allowing the federal government to expel international higher education students if their university campuses are forced to transition to entirely online courses due to COVID-19. Even for international students already living in the United States, a transition to fully remote learning mid-semester could mean they’re forced to travel home amid a global pandemic.
