How Public Universities Have Spent $14.5 Billion In Federal Pandemic Relief Funding
A just-released report by the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU) shows that public research universities spent the vast majority of the federal pandemic relief funding they received to meet students’ basic needs, reduce the effects of Covid-19, and shift to alternative forms of instruction such as online and hybrid classes during the worst of the pandemic.
