University Leaders Gather in Indy

More than 1,200 university representatives from throughout the United States are in Indianapolis for the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities’ 128th annual meeting. University of California President and former U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano is keynoting the event.
