APLU Hails U.S. Supreme Court Decision on State Sovereign Immunity

Washington, DC – Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU) President Peter McPherson today released the following applauding the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Allen v. Cooper.
