Andrea Dalagan

Andrea Dalagan is a Senior Associate for Digital Transformation for Student Success at the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities. She brings experience supporting federally and privately funded projects focused on higher education, STEM, workforce development, and science policy. Prior to joining APLU, Andrea worked at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, where she coordinated complex meetings, workshops, committee activities, project operations, communications, and administrative processes across multiple initiatives. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Global Studies from William & Mary.
