The Council on Student Affairs (CSA) comprises senior student affairs or student life officers from member institutions and university systems. The council provides forums for discussing and disseminating information on issues related to the college student experience, including co-curricular opportunities, personal and professional growth, learning, progress, and completion, as well as mental and physical health and wellness, and fundamental needs such as housing, financial aid, transportation, and food. The CSA advocates within APLU and works cooperatively with other councils and commissions to enhance institutional effectiveness and the student experience in these areas.
For additional information on how CSA is structured, see the Council on Student Affairs Governance and Guidelines.
