Both informative and fun, the CSC Summer Meeting is a terrific opportunity to network with fellow senior communications and marketing leaders from other public and land-grant universities, exchange best practices, and develop new ideas to improve strategic communications efforts.

Featured topics this year will include discussions on:
- Communicating the value of higher education in a time of increased skepticism from the public, politicians, and news media;
- Responding to and addressing the concerns and needs of state and federal officials;
- A conversation with university presidents on the challenges and opportunities facing public research universities;
- The future of college athletics, including NIL, Title IX, and conference realignment;
- Leveraging industry partnerships to strengthen workforce preparedness and enhance the value of a college degree;
- Small group discussions on a myriad of topics, including managing stress and burnout; innovative marketing tactics; managing state and federal issues; and AI;
- Demonstrating your team’s value to university leadership
This year’s meeting will also feature a welcome reception on Sunday, July 13 at the NCAA Hall of Champions, a visit and tour of the world famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Monday, July 14 before a racecar-themed dinner at the Dallara IndyCar Factory, and a visit on Tuesday, July 15 to 16Tech – a state hub for innovation and entrepreneurship that brings together universities and established and emerging businesses.
